We provide local marketing and AI appointment setting for businesses in the United Kingdom. For the information described on this page, Mini Biscuit Ltd is the data controller.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you enquire or book a call, we collect what you choose to send: your name, business name, email address, telephone number and whatever you tell us about your business and what you need.
Information from using the site. Our hosting provider records ordinary server information such as your IP address, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to run and secure the site.
We do not ask for special category data — health, ethnicity, political opinions and the like — and you should not send it to us.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use enquiry details to reply to you, work out whether we can help and explain what we would do. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and — once we work together — performance of a contract.
For clients, we use contact and campaign information to deliver the service: running advertising, handling enquiries that come in, arranging appointments and reporting on what happened. The lawful basis is performance of a contract.
We use server and analytics information to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful. The lawful basis is legitimate interest, and consent where cookies require it. See the cookie notice.
We may keep records we need for accounting and legal reasons. The lawful basis there is legal obligation.
When we handle information for a client
When we run a campaign for a client, that client’s customer enquiries pass through the tools we operate. For that information, the client is the data controller and Job Growth Lab acts as a processor on their written instructions. Our agreement with each client sets out what we may do with it.
If you enquired with one of our clients and want to know what is held about you, contact that business directly. We will help them answer you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept while there is a reasonable chance of a conversation, and then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the work and for as long afterwards as accounting and legal rules require, which in the United Kingdom is generally six years. Server logs are kept for a short period by the host.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Ask us and we will respond within one month. There is no charge in ordinary cases.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Their guidance on your rights is at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be explained rather than quietly made.
